What this website collects

The pages themselves send nothing about you, apart from Cloudflare Web Analytics, described below.

A few small notes stay in your own browser (in its local storage, not in cookies). We never see them:

• Whether you’ve asked for the free warm-ups.
• If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (for example from one of our emails or ads), the site keeps those tags for your visit and adds them to the Gumroad link when you click a buy button, so we can see which links work. They identify the link, not you, and they’re forgotten when you close the tab.
• The “My usual places” card on the keys guide stays in your browser. Nothing you type is sent or saved.

Fonts and images come from this website, not from outside services.

If you ask for the free warm-ups

“Get it free” takes you to Gumroad’s page for Five Memory Warm-Ups, which costs nothing: leave the price at 0, and no card is needed. Gumroad asks for your email address, sends you the PDFs and keeps the address on file. As the seller, Wren & Co. receives it too.

• What we send: up to five short emails over about three weeks (four with an everyday memory tip, the last about our journal), then only occasional emails. We never send other companies’ offers.
• How to stop: every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also reply to any email and ask us to remove you.
• What we don’t do: we never sell your address or share it with anyone except Gumroad, which delivers the files and the emails.

Our web host

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles standard request details, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare shows us traffic totals, such as how many pages were viewed. Cloudflare’s privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a small script from Cloudflare that counts page views, the page that sent you here, your country and how fast pages load. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you or follow you to other sites.

To see which searches lead here, we may use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. They report on search results, not on your visit, and add nothing to these pages.

When you buy

Gumroad runs the checkout, takes the payment and delivers your files. Your card details go to Gumroad, not to us. Gumroad’s privacy policy covers what you enter at checkout: gumroad.com/privacy.

As the seller, Wren & Co. receives the order details Gumroad gives sellers, such as your name, email address and what you bought. We use them to deliver your purchase, answer your questions and handle refunds. About ten days after you buy, we may email once to ask how the journal is going. We never sell your details.

What we never ask for

We never ask for your completed journal pages or for health information. The journal has no scores to report.
