These are the exact terms shown on the Gumroad product page:

Try the journal for 30 days. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You do not need to complete the journal or show us your pages. To ask, reply to your Gumroad receipt email.

How to ask

  1. Find the receipt Gumroad emailed you when you bought the journal.
  2. Reply to it and say you’d like a refund. A short note is enough.
  3. We issue the refund through Gumroad, to the card or account you paid with.

Gumroad sends refunds back in the currency you paid. Card refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days. After a full refund, the download link stops working. Gumroad’s help center
