What you’re buying

Five PDF files, delivered by Gumroad after payment: a one-page Start Here guide, the 56-page journal in US Letter and in A4, and a 12-page reprint pack in both sizes. No physical book is shipped. The price is US$19, paid once. There is no subscription.

License

You may print as many copies as you need for yourself and your household. If you lead a class, club or activity group, you may also print the daily pages for its members, free of charge to them. Please don’t share or resell the files.

Free materials

The free 3-day sample and Five Memory Warm-Ups may be printed and shared for personal, non-commercial use, including with a group you lead. Please keep their last page with any copies.

Refunds

Try the journal for 30 days. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You do not need to complete the journal or show us your pages. To ask, reply to your Gumroad receipt email. The full terms are on the refunds page.

What the journal is, and isn’t

This journal provides educational activities and practical memory tools. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent dementia or other memory disorders. It has not been shown to prevent cognitive decline. Speak with a healthcare professional about new, worsening, or concerning memory changes.

Wren & Co. makes and sells the journal. Gumroad runs the checkout, takes the payment and delivers the files. Gumroad’s terms of service cover the checkout.
